The Main House consists of the dining hall, kitchens, pantries, bar, bedrooms and facilities for disabled and on the first floor: 33 multiple bedrooms, rooms, shared bathrooms and terraces.

This unit is reserved for large groups who wish to avail of its vicinity to the beach or use it as a base for daily trips to historical towns in Tuscany or for religious or scenic itineraries.

Bedrooms
Bedrooms are generally furnished with bunk beds and wardrobes. Guests are supposed to provide their own bedclothes and clean their rooms.

Bathrooms
All bathrooms have hot and cold water and are shared between one or more rooms.
